Psalm 68 is the Book of Psalms' 68th psalm, or Psalm 67 in Septuagint and Vulgate numbering. In the King James Version's English, it opens, "Let God arise, and his adversaries be scattered." It begins "Exsurgat Deus et dissipentur inimici eius" in the Latin Vulgate translation. It contains 35 verses (36 according to Hebrew numbering). Arno C. Gaebelein, a Methodist writer, refers to it as "The Great Redemption Accomplished" and labels it "one of the finest Psalms."
