To the best of my knowledge, the definition of regret is "a feeling of sadness or guilt about anything you have said or done." Remorse may also be defined as disappointment in the absence of anything that has occurred or in the absence of what you did not say or do. Everyone is familiar with the concept of regret since it is a universal sensation that has, at some point, entered everyone's life.
A person's intense grief about anything he or she has done or failed to accomplish is referred to as regret. In other terms, regret is a feeling of disappointment as a result of a lost chance.
If you are a human being, you will have regrets. If you're a Christian, you might be wondering what the Bible has to say about regrets in general. I, too, was intrigued, so I conducted some investigation.

Is Regret A Feeling?

Regret is a bad feeling that arises when a person feels that if only his or her previous acts or behaviors had been different, the outcome may have been better. It is common for feelings of guilt and humiliation to be accompanied with regret. An apology is a common way for us to communicate our feelings of remorse to others.
